1. Who we are

2. The product

PEDZ Daily Formula is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Prices

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. One pouch: £37.00. 3 for 2: £74.00 for 3 pouches (one-time purchases only). Subscribe & Save: £29.60 every 30 days (one 30-day pouch per delivery). Offers can't be combined.

4. Subscription terms

• By subscribing you authorise us to charge £29.60 today and £29.60 every 30 days until you cancel (or, with the launch offer below, postage today and £29.60 from day 30).
• Each subscription order ships free to a UK address.
• You can cancel or update your card online, anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling before the next billing date stops future charges.
• Can't get at the online controls? Email info@pedz.co.uk and we'll cancel it for you.
• We'll send a reminder 3 days before each renewal.
• If we change the subscription price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and you can cancel before it applies.
• You have 14 days from your first delivery to cancel under UK consumer law.

Launch offer (free first pouch)

• New subscribers get their first 30-day pouch free and pay £3.99 postage when they order.
• Your subscription starts with a 30-day free period. Your first £29.60 payment is taken 30 days after you order, then £29.60 every 30 days until you cancel. Later subscription deliveries ship free.
• We'll email you a reminder 3 days before your first £29.60 payment.
• If you cancel before day 30, you won't be charged anything further and you keep the free pouch. The £3.99 postage is not refunded unless you exercise your legal right to cancel.
• You can cancel online anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
• One free first pouch per customer. If you've had a PEDZ subscription or free pouch before, your subscription starts at the normal £29.60 with free delivery.
• The launch offer ends on 31 January 2027. Orders placed after that date are at the normal subscription price.

5. Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £40 and on all subscriptions; otherwise £3.99. Delivery: 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (PEDZ LTD, info@pedz.co.uk) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation: if you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having returned them. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you tell us of your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be sealed and unopened.
