If you're not happy with your first PEDZ order, email info@pedz.co.uk within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. You don't need to send the pouch back, opened or not.

Conditions

• First order only.
• One claim per customer and household.
• Covers the product price, not delivery.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Your statutory rights

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return sealed, unopened pouches for a full refund, including standard delivery, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our guarantee is in addition to these rights.
