What we collect

• Email signups, only with your opt-in consent.
• Quiz answers, if you sign up for launch offers.
• Contact form messages: name, email and message.
• Cookies, per your choices.

Why

To fulfil orders (contract), send marketing (consent, withdraw anytime), and improve the site (legitimate interests/consent).

Who processes your data

We share personal data only with providers who help us run PEDZ, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Payment and checkout provider Stripe: to take payment and process orders.
• Email marketing provider [e.g. Klaviyo]: to send emails you've opted in to.
• Hosting and database provider: to run this website and store contact messages and signups.
• Analytics provider: only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Delivery partner Royal Mail: to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

• Orders: 6 years, for tax records.
• Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact messages: 2 years.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
