Returns

Not happy with your first order? You're covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Email info@pedz.co.uk within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. You don't need to send the pouch back, opened or not. First order only, one claim per customer and household, delivery not included. See the Refund Policy.

Your statutory rights: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return sealed, unopened pouches for a full refund including standard delivery. Faulty or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
